How long does it take for the design to be finished?
The turnaround time for a design from sales to completion is typically 3 - 5 weeks,
Timescales are also dependent on response time from yourself,
and the number of additional changes to designs.
How many designs do I get?
In the first design phase (sample phase)
you will be presented with 3 different samples of the design.
In the second design phase (final phase)
i'll realize your favourite sample including your change requests.
Payment:
I ask for a deposit of 50% of the order value.
The remaining 50% will be due upon completion.
Upon receipt of all payments, a download link to the final product and the license will be sent to you.
What happens if I want further design changes?
Further changes to the design after the final phase are possible.
Further changes or corrections are limited to one hour and will be additionally charged.
File formats:
CMYK/RGB version:
Vector and pixel-based files: Ai, EPS, SVG, PSD, TIFF, JPG, PNG and PDF.
RGB version:
JPEG file for web and screen formats.
PNG with a transparent background.
Black/White:
PNG file in black and white with transparent background.
